Identity and contact details such as name, email, telephone and WhatsApp number; booking details such as experience, date, participant count, hotel or pickup address and special requests; payment transaction references; and limited technical data such as IP address, device/browser information and cookie consent choice.
Eligibility details that you voluntarily provide, such as age, pregnancy, mobility or weight information relevant to an activity, are used only where needed to confirm eligibility and operational safety.
2. WHY WE USE IT
We use personal data to create and perform reservations, send pickup and operational updates, comply with accounting and travel-agency obligations, prevent fraud and chargebacks, and—where consent is given—measure website performance and marketing.
3. WHO MAY RECEIVE IT
Only the information necessary for service delivery may be shared with the operator running the experience, transport providers, payment providers and public authorities where a legal duty applies. We do not sell personal data or share it for unrelated third-party marketing.
4. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
Some hosting, email, payment or analytics processors may operate outside Türkiye. Where this occurs, processing is limited to what the service requires and is handled using safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.
5. RETENTION
Booking and payment records are kept for the applicable statutory accounting period. Support conversations may be retained for operational follow-up. Voluntary eligibility details are not kept longer than necessary for the relevant experience.
6. YOUR RIGHTS

7. SECURITY
The website uses encrypted connections and access to reservation data is limited to personnel who need it operationally. Payment card data is handled by payment providers rather than stored as full card numbers by us.
