1. BOOKING CONTRACT
A reservation becomes binding when the booking is accepted and the applicable payment or confirmation requirement has been completed. The lead traveler is responsible for providing correct participant, contact, hotel and pickup information.
2. SERVICE INFORMATION
Tour routes, pickup times, vehicles, stops and durations may change for safety, traffic, weather or operational reasons without materially changing the core experience. Exact operational details are confirmed when appropriate for the booked service.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
The price and currency displayed and accepted during checkout apply to that booking, subject to any clearly disclosed supplier or payment conditions. Full card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by CappadociaGo.
4. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
The product-specific cancellation conditions displayed at booking apply. Weather and aviation decisions affecting balloon flights are made by licensed operators and relevant authorities. Guest-requested date or participant changes are subject to availability.
5. GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
Guests must be ready at the confirmed pickup time, follow guide/driver/pilot safety instructions, disclose information relevant to activity eligibility when requested and comply with lawful operational requirements.
6. THIRD-PARTY OPERATORS
Some experiences are delivered by licensed local operators and suppliers coordinated through our travel agency. Information necessary to deliver the reservation may be shared with those suppliers.
7. FORCE MAJEURE AND SAFETY
Weather, authority decisions, natural events, road closures and other circumstances outside reasonable control may require cancellation, rescheduling or operational changes. The remedy available follows the accepted booking conditions and applicable law.
